The specially designed Pledge Donation Card by the youths highlight some of Singapore's significant milestones throughout our 43 years of nation-building - many too vague for our young people to remember. The linking of hands around Singapore symbolises our unity that every person matters. No matter how sophisticated technology can be, the individual Singaporean can either be the weakest or strongest link in safeguarding our future.
